Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer
Role Summary
The Senior Photolithography Equipment Engineer will install, qualify, maintain, and optimize photolithography tools in a new DRAM manufacturing cleanroom. You will work with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve equipment issues, improve yield and efficiency, and support ramping production.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include equipment startup, sustainment, and cross-team resolution of production issues.
- Install and qualify photolithography equipment in a new cleanroom.
- Sustain equipment: perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and documentation.
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related yield or throughput issues.
- Manage project milestones to close hardware gaps and address equipment deficiencies.
- Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies.
- Establish and maintain productive vendor relationships to drive equipment performance metrics.

- Must-have: Minimum 2+ years industry experience as an Equipment Owner for photolithography equipment.
- Must-have: Hands-on experience with equipment sustainment, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Must-have: Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.
- Must-have: Strong focus on safety and quality in operations.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Preferred: Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Proficiency in data science and programming tools to support equipment data analysis.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in an engineering field is listed as preferred; the posting also accepts equivalent military experience or an AAS combined with 5+ years of industry experience. Equivalent practical experience is explicitly allowed.
