Role Summary

Join the NVIDIA Networking Hardware Qualification team in Yokneam to perform system-level electrical validation of next-generation network adapters and switches. The role focuses on electrical measurements, design-margin verification under environmental extremes, and cross-functional integration with software and firmware teams.

Experience Level

Senior — typically requires 5+ years of practical experience.

Responsibilities

The position is responsible for validating hardware products and documenting results.

• Perform electrical measurements on products, components, and design changes.
• Validate design margins under environmental and stress conditions.
• Analyze and interpret validation data to identify issues and root causes.
• Collaborate with software and firmware teams to ensure integration and reproducibility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of validation procedures, setups, and results.

Requirements

Key qualifications and skills for effective performance in this role.

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in hardware validation or related roles.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage validation tasks end-to-end.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Hands-on lab experience with test equipment and validation setups (preferred).
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of analog and digital electrical circuits and system-level understanding.
• Nice-to-have: background in board design (schematics, layout, thermal and mechanical considerations, PCB fabrication, product qualification).

Education Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering is requested, or equivalent practical experience.
