You will be a key player in the nanofabrication efforts aimed at manufacturing nanoscale components for the Microsoft Quantum program based in Copenhagen.

Experience Level

The ideal candidate should possess an extensive background in clean room environments and deep knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes. You should have significant work experience that allows for effective leadership in a high-tech, dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Development and maintenance of nano fabrication process blocks.
  • Manufacturing and delivery of nanoscale components.
  • Providing technical guidance to engineers and technicians.
  • Analyzing data to drive continuous improvements in processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on process and design innovation.
  • Implementing and documenting safety standards and practices.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

  • PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in clean room operations and fabrication processes.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor micro- and nanofabrication technologies.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Education Requirements

A doctoral or master’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline is required for this position.
