Role Summary
The Senior Memory Designer will work on designing and implementing high-performance, low-power memory circuits. The role involves collaborating with design teams on innovative memory solutions, contributing to the advancement of semiconductor technology.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Leading the design and development of custom circuits for high-speed and low-power SRAM and low-power configuration RAM (CRAM).
- Developing memory architectures and implementing them in advanced semiconductor technologies, including FinFET and nanometer CMOS.
- Performing schematic capture, simulation, and margin verification of major memory blocks.
- Overseeing layout planning and ensuring tight pitch-matched memory layout designs.
- Working closely with architecture and design teams to define memory PPA (Performance, Power, Area) and yield targets.
- Managing the full embedded memory design flow, including architecture, circuit design, physical implementation, compiler usage, characterization, timing, and model generation.
- Bringing innovative and revolutionary ideas to life in the products.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field; a Master’s or PhD is preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in memory design, verification, validation, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of custom memory design and high-performance, low-power design techniques.
- Familiarity with variation-aware design in advanced semiconductor technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with large density memory cell design for high yield and knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals.
Education Requirements
