Role Summary
The Principal Analog Design Engineer will lead the development of analog and mixed-signal blocks, overseeing the entire lifecycle from specifications to production-ready designs. This role involves acting as a technical authority, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with customers to create innovative solutions.

Senior; minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in power management.
Responsibilities

- Leading the full development lifecycle of analog and mixed-signal products.
- Providing technical authority and mentoring for the design team.
- Collaborating with customers to define system requirements and solutions.
- Planning verification and evaluation processes with cross-functional teams.
- Driving improvements in engineering methodologies and initiatives.
- Aligning technical advice with market trends and technologies.
Requirements
Must-have skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years in power management with experience as a technical project lead.
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of CMOS power management circuits.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives and deliver results under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
- Flexibility for occasional international travel.
