Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include technical leadership and delivery oversight:

  • Lead and mentor analog/DSP design engineers; recruit and develop technical talent.
  • Define architecture and specifications for analog/mixed-signal circuits integrating DSP functions.
  • Review circuit designs, simulations, and verification plans; drive design reviews and trade-offs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with layout, verification, firmware, test, and product management.
  • Manage project schedules, risks, and silicon bring-up/validation activities.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design with DSP system integration.
  • Experience with circuit simulation, characterization, and silicon bring-up.
  • Demonstrated people management and project leadership in semiconductor product development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with power management, data converters (ADC/DAC), or RF analog blocks.
  • Background in product definition and customer-facing technical engagements.
