Senior Logic Design Engineer
Role Summary
Develop and optimize mixed-signal and high-speed IP blocks (RTL, simulation, and microarchitecture) for integration into full-chip SoC designs. Work with a team based in Haifa on IP intended for high-speed connectivity and AI-acceleration systems.
Hybrid role with 3–4 days per week in the office; responsibilities span design, verification review, performance optimization, and customer integration.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design RTL and create simulations for IP blocks, functional units, and subsystems.
- Contribute to architecture and microarchitecture definition for designed blocks.
- Apply mixed-signal and analog-behavior modeling techniques to inform RTL and logic optimization.
- Optimize designs to meet power, performance, area, and timing targets and ensure readiness for physical implementation.
- Review verification plans, validate design features, and implement corrective actions for failing RTL tests.
- Perform post-silicon validation, debug design outputs, and drive corrective measures.
- Collaborate with SoC customers to support seamless IP integration and delivery quality.
Requirements
Must-have:
- 7+ years delivering complex, high-performance integrated solutions and taking them through mass production.
- Hands-on post-silicon validation and debugging experience.
- Experience interfacing with communication standards and optimizing serial-link/PHY architectures for power, performance, and area.
Nice-to-have:
- Proven expertise in SerDes and PHY design, including RTL and firmware implementation.
- Experience contributing to system architecture definition and applying digital signal processing techniques.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
