Role Summary
As a Senior Field Applications Engineer (Silicon) you will support customers and partners on silicon integration, bring-up, performance characterization, and deployment of Arm-based silicon solutions. You will work across sales, architecture, and silicon engineering teams to resolve technical issues, enable proofs-of-concept, and accelerate customer adoption.
This is a team- and customer-facing role focused on technical enablement, problem resolution, and accelerating time-to-market for silicon projects.

Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide technical guidance to customers and partners on silicon integration, system bring-up, and validation.
- Lead silicon bring-up, boot and debug activities, and root-cause analysis for hardware and firmware issues.
- Perform performance characterization and benchmarking; deliver clear findings and remediation recommendations.
- Collaborate with sales, product, architecture, and engineering teams to enable customer projects and pilots.
- Develop demos, reference flows, and troubleshooting procedures to accelerate customer adoption.
- Provide onsite or remote technical support during customer engagements and deployments.
Requirements
