Senior Field Applications Engineer (Silicon)
Role Summary
Provide technical field applications engineering support for Arm silicon-related products to customers and partners. Work with sales and engineering teams to accelerate customer evaluation, integration, and adoption of Arm silicon solutions.
This is a customer-facing, cross-functional role that combines technical troubleshooting, demonstration development, and guidance on silicon bring-up and performance.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for silicon and SoC bring-up with customers.
- Collaborate with sales, product engineering, and partners to drive customer engagements and technical evaluations.
- Develop and deliver technical demonstrations, benchmarks, and reference integrations.
- Identify and reproduce customer issues, coordinate fixes, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Document solutions, best practices, and hand over learnings to internal teams.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred qualifications:

Must-have: Proven experience in field applications engineering or similar customer-facing technical roles focused on silicon, SoC, or hardware bring-up; strong debugging and problem-solving skills; effective communication with customers and engineering teams.

Nice-to-have: Experience with Arm architecture, silicon validation, performance benchmarking, scripting for test automation, or prior work in semiconductor or SoC environments.
