- Act as the primary technical interface for assigned customers and maintain structured follow-up and documentation.
- Assist MCU bring-up, peripheral configuration, BSP/driver integration, and system integration tasks.
- Analyze and resolve hardware, firmware, and system-level customer issues using embedded debugging tools (JTAG, trace, logging, memory analysis).
- Support AUTOSAR Classic (CP) integration and RTOS-related debugging.
- Advise on Automotive Cybersecurity topics (secure boot, secure communication, key usage) and assist with security-related integration issues.
- Apply Functional Safety (ISO 26262) awareness to software and system integration decisions.
- Deliver technical workshops, demos, and reference-design guidance; support NPI and collect customer feedback for internal teams.
- Support both key accounts and mass-market customers; participate in design reviews and on-site debug sessions; travel as required.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and professional attributes.
- 3–5 years practical experience in automotive electronics, embedded systems, or customer-facing technical roles (FAE, Application Engineer, Technical Support).
- Hands-on experience with Automotive MCU platforms and common peripherals (ADC, timers, PWM, communication interfaces, DMA).
- Experience with embedded software stacks, BSPs, peripheral drivers, and use of debugging tools (JTAG, trace, logging).
- Practical system-level understanding of ECUs and HW/SW interaction; experience in Body/Zone Controller or Infotainment (Radio/Audio) domains.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR Classic (CP) concepts and integration.
- Basic Automotive Cybersecurity knowledge (secure boot, firmware authentication, secure communications) and Functional Safety awareness (ISO 26262).
- Strong customer-focused communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, willingness to travel, and English proficiency for technical communication.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience supporting OEMs or Tier‑1 suppliers, or exposure to Automotive Ethernet/TSN concepts.
- System validation, field troubleshooting, or NPI-focused experience.
- GenAI and Edge AI experience (multi-agent usage, model compiling/tuning/quantization) is a plus.
