Senior Engineer, Validation

Role Summary

The Senior Engineer, Validation at Marvell is responsible for hardware and silicon validation to ensure high bandwidth over long distances. The engineer will work with analog validations on amplifiers, validate silicon photonics, and support coherent digital signal programming.

Experience Level

Senior level with at least 2 years of experience in Automation framework and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities include:

• Verifying functionality on the Emulation-System of Marvell products.
• Researching standards and design specifications to create test cases.
• Documenting testing procedures, methodologies, and plans.
• Programming tests using C, Python, TCL, and Bash.

Requirements

Key requirements for this role are:

• Knowledge in Telecom and data transmission.
• Experience in Automation frameworks (at least 2 years) with Python or C.
• Familiarity with Verilog and System-verilog is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, TCL, Git, Linux, and Jenkins.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
