Senior Engineer – HBM PE Component Validation

Role Summary

The Senior Engineer – HBM PE Component Validation position focuses on validating high bandwidth memory components, executing validation runs, and conducting technical analysis. The engineer will collaborate within a team dedicated to innovation in memory technology.

Experience Level

Senior level; a minimum of 5 years of experience in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in HBM validation.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

• Execute validation runs on IQP/ETV materials in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and material utilization plans.
• Perform technical analysis and Verilog simulations for high-speed I/O validation.
• Review logs, automate workflows, and maintain documentation.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and collaborate with various teams to ensure silicon readiness.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in DRAM/HBM/NAND validation or product engineering.
• Experience with test platform code development in C/C++, Python, and APG.
• Hands-on experience with MBIST and Advantest testing.
• Verilog simulation experience and proficiency in scripting for data analysis.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related).
