Senior Engineer - DFT

Work on the India DFT team within Custom Solutions Engineering to define and deliver Design-for-Test (DFT) solutions for complex IPs and custom SoCs. Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include implementation and validation of DFT and test solutions across custom SoC programs and supporting methodology and flow enhancements.
- Implement and support DFT and test solutions for complex IPs and SoCs.
- Perform DFT verification, test-pattern generation, and validation for Scan, MBIST, and IP-DFT patterns.
- Develop and enhance DFT methodology and enable scalable execution flows across multiple programs.
- Collaborate with IP, design, layout, packaging, prototype validation, and production ramp teams.
- Engage with global DFT community and customers to enable and support customer-specific DFT requirements.

- Must-have: Hands-on experience with DFT activities such as Memory BIST and Scan.

- Must-have: Ability to work with EDA/methodology and cross-functional SoC teams.
- Nice-to-have: Prior experience supporting prototype validation and production ramp for custom silicon.
- Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating directly with customers on custom SoC projects.
Education Requirements
