Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SoC (System-on-Chip) Engineering Leader to manage a team focused on delivering Architecture and Verified Designs for Power and Clocking. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient uses of system resources while developing sophisticated power and thermal management architectures.
Experience Level
Senior, with 20+ years of experience in SoC architecture and hardware design.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering requirements and developing SOC Level architecture for clock, reset, power and thermal management.
- Resolving complex issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborating with partners and internal teams to prioritize and address SOC challenges.
Requirements
Must-have skills include:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in SoC architecture and hardware design.
- 5+ years of experience in clock, reset, power, and thermal solutions architecting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with power management standards and analysis.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with ARM or x86-based laptop products.
- Background in Automotive, IoT, or mobile SoC.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; Master's degree preferred.
