Senior Design Engineer - Memory Subsystem

Role Overview

This role involves working with cutting-edge memory sub-system components essential for NVIDIA's GPUs and SOCs. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be integral to developing micro-architecture and implementing RTL designs that meet stringent performance requirements.

Experience Level

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in design engineering, particularly focused on micro-architecture and RTL development.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the micro-architecture and RTL development of various design modules.
• Collaborating with HW architects to define critical design features.
• Working with verification teams to ensure the correctness of design implementations.
• Engaging with timing, VLSI, and physical design teams to meet timing and interface specifications.
• Cooperating with FPGA and software teams to test and prototype the design.
• Conducting post-silicon verification and debugging processes.

Required Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:

• A BS/MS degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive expertise in RTL development, design, and verification tools.
• Strong understanding of the complete ASIC design flow.
• Proficiency in Verilog.

Education Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
