Role Summary

Responsible for leading the architecture, design and implementation of digital blocks for next-generation network switches. Member of a development team that defines IP, implements RTL, and coordinates with verification and backend teams to deliver production-ready silicon.

Experience Level

Senior — 5+ years of relevant digital design experience.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Own one or more digital blocks from architecture definition through implementation.
• Drive area and timing optimization, lint checks, and CDC/RDC analysis.
• Work on synthesis, timing closure, power optimization, and backend handoff.
• Collaborate closely with verification engineers and support block-level verification to ensure alignment between design and verification.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and attributes:

• Proficient in RTL design using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Experience with linting, CDC/RDC, synthesis, timing closure, power optimization, and backend flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: verification experience using SystemVerilog and UVM.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering (Electrical Engineering B.Sc / M.Sc specified in source).
