Senior ASIC AI PDT Lead
Role Summary
Lead AI adoption and deployment across ASIC/SoC development programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to measure, report, and optimize AI-driven productivity improvements. The role partners with design leads, program managers, and the ASIC architecture team to plan staging and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Senior β 12+ years of program/project management experience in semiconductor or related industries.
Responsibilities
Own AI initiative execution, metrics, reporting, and cross-team alignment across ASIC/SoC programs.
- Lead and coordinate AI initiatives across ASIC/SoC programs and global cross-functional teams.
- Define, implement, and maintain systems and metrics to measure AI usage and productivity improvements.
- Run AI strategy sessions, meetings, and stakeholder alignment activities.
- Publish monthly reports on ASIC-AI achievements and provide weekly progress updates for leadership reviews.
- Manage an AI skills marketplace and identify common competency gaps across teams.
- Support ASIC architecture team with staging activities and deployment planning.
- Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and compliance with ASIC development processes.
- Report milestones, metrics, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
- Partner with design leads and program managers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
Must-have technical and professional qualifications for immediate contribution.
- 12+ years of program/project management experience in semiconductor or related industries.
- Proven track record in ASIC/SoC design flows and development lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency with AI agentic tools and frameworks.
- Advanced scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, etc.).
- Experience with program/project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- Proficiency in business intelligence and reporting tools for dashboarding and data visualization.
- Working knowledge of databases, MCPs (Model Context Protocols), and data modeling.
- Experience with report automation and metrics tracking systems.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, strong stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in risk management and change management within engineering organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to coordinate across multiple global organizations.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI/ML deployment in semiconductor design environments.
- Knowledge of semiconductor design, development, and validation processes.
- Track record of driving organizational transformation through technology adoption.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in engineering contexts.
Education Requirements
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field (as stated in posting).
