Role Summary
The NVIDIA Architecture Modelling group is seeking a Senior Architect to contribute to various architecture efforts, focusing on the modelling, analysis, and validation of chip architectures aimed at advancing performance and efficiency.
Experience Level
Senior-level position requiring 10+ years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
The candidate will:
- Develop environments to model and simulate next-generation GPU and SoC systems.
- Support architecture and engineering teams utilizing the simulation environment.
- Influence modelling and analysis of graphics and/or SoC algorithms and features.
- Document, design, develop tools for analysis, simulation, validation, and verification of models.
- Drive and lead initiatives for next-generation infrastructure.
Requirements
The following qualifications are required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong programming skills in C++ and C along with knowledge of build systems (CMAKE, make), toolchains (GCC, MSVC), and libraries (STL, BOOST).
- Computer Architecture background with experience in modelling using SystemC and TLM preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Python, and Perl.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a distributed team environment.
Education Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline is required.
