Senior Analog Design Engineer

Design and validate analog, mixed-signal and RF circuit blocks from specification through silicon bring-up and production support. Work with layout engineers, test teams and product/manufacturing stakeholders to deliver robust ICs for low-power connectivity products.

Responsibilities
The role focuses on block-level analog/mixed-signal and RF design, verification, lab characterization, and cross-functional support.
- Architect, design, simulate and capture analog/mixed-signal blocks to meet specifications.
- Support RF block design, layout and simulation for transmit/receive paths.
- Guide and review sensitive custom layout work with layout designers.
- Perform lab testing, characterization, debugging and silicon bring-up.
- Develop test programs and provide production/manufacturing support.
- Prepare technical documentation and present technical results internally.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners across product development.

- Proven experience with CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuit design (examples: bandgap, LDO, ADC, DAC, PLL, oscillator, TX/RX blocks).
- Practical lab skills for device characterization and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ESD protection and latchup issues in ICs.
- Behavioral modeling experience with Verilog-A and Verilog-AMS.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to present technical results.
- Ability to support product definition, test development and manufacturing needs.
Education Requirements
PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in microelectronics, electronics engineering, or a closely related field.
