Senior AI Solution Architect
Role Summary
Design, integrate, validate, and optimize AI accelerator systems and cloud infrastructure for large-scale machine-learning workloads. Work cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, software, and OEM vendors to ensure platform readiness and production stability.
This position requires on-site presence in Hillsboro, OR.
Experience Level

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design and optimize AI accelerator systems (e.g., Gaudi, GPU clusters) for production ML workloads.
- Debug complex PCIe, memory subsystem, and interconnect issues in AI clusters.
- Lead platform bring-up, integration, and validation for next-generation AI hardware.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring solutions.
- Create diagnostic tools and APIs for system health monitoring and visibility.
- Collaborate with OEM vendors on BMC firmware integration and system stability.
- Perform full-stack debugging across hardware, firmware, and software layers.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams on technical decisions and architectural improvements.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience.
- 5+ years in system engineering, platform validation, or related roles.
- 3+ years bringing up and debugging high-performance AI clusters and resolving production system-level issues.
- Experience with AI cluster design, validation, and production deployment.
- Expert-level Python; experience with Linux/Unix administration, Docker, and shell scripting.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, vLLM) and distributed tools (OpenMPI).
- Deep understanding of PCIe, memory subsystems, interconnects, and AI accelerators.
- Familiarity with Redfish, IPMI, and BMC management for platform manageability.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and mentoring experience.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Intel platforms (Xeon, Gaudi) or similar GPU/AI accelerators.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and containerization.
- Background in computer architecture or microprocessor design.
Education Requirements
