Role Summary
Join NVIDIA's Architecture Modeling group to develop and deploy GenAI applications that accelerate GPU and SoC architecture modeling and simulation workflows. You will work with hardware architects, simulation teams, and infrastructure engineers to integrate AI tools into design and modeling processes.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include building scalable AI applications, integrating LLMs into engineering workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve modeling productivity.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI applications integrated with architecture simulation workflows.
- Apply state-of-the-art AI tools and techniques to accelerate GPU/SoC architecture modeling.
- Collaborate with hardware architects to tailor AI solutions for specific architecture and modeling problems.
- Work with infrastructure teams to automate workflows and establish best practices for using LLMs and agentic tools.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve development ecosystems and tooling.
Requirements
Required technical skills and attributes.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python.
- Practical experience with ML frameworks and agent toolkits such as LangChain, LangSmith, Claude Agent SDK, Nemo Agent Toolkit, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and multimodal models.
- Strong collaboration skills with design and engineering teams; ability to drive issues to closure.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for production-grade systems.
- Nice-to-have: background in computer architecture and experience with architecture modeling or simulation tools.
Education Requirements
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. The posting specifies 5+ years of related experience as an alternative to degree requirements.
