This position involves designing and verifying RTL for advanced Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) IPs, with a focus on next-generation 3D-IC projects. The role requires collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product functionality.

Experience Level

Senior; 8+ years of hands-on experience required.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and verifying RTL for SLM IPs.
• Developing comprehensive test cases.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Staying updated on trends in SLM and 3D-IC technologies.
• Improving verification methodologies and automation processes.
• Documenting design specifications and verification plans.
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications include:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in RTL design and verification.
• Proficiency in EDA tools, Verilog, System Verilog, and TCL scripting.
• Experience in Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of digital, analog, and mixed-signal IP/circuit design.
• Familiarity with 3D-IC standards.

Education Requirements

BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field expected.
