Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include device modelling, experimental characterisation and cross-functional collaboration:
- Develop and validate compact and physics-based RF device models for simulation.
- Design and execute experiments to characterise RF device performance and extract model parameters.
- Analyze measurement data and compare with simulations; iterate on models.
- Work with process and test teams to identify variability and reliability issues.
- Document model development and maintain model libraries and test reports.
Requirements
