Responsibilities
The manager will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Lead a team in developing SRAM/Register file/TCAM/ROM architectures.
- Supervise schematic entry, simulations, and layout planning.
- Design low-power, area-efficient embedded memory circuits.
- Apply expertise in transistor-level circuit design for memory compilers.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage team activities and prioritize workloads.
- Communicate proactively about productivity impacts.
Requirements
Required qualifications include:
- 10+ years of experience in embedded memory design including architecture and circuit design.
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Deep understanding of SRAM/Register File architectures.
- Experience with advanced technology nodes and variation-aware design.
- Proficiency in Perl and Python scripting for automation.
Education Requirements
A degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.
