R&D Engineer IC Design
Role Summary
The R&D Engineer IC Design will be responsible for verification of complex switch designs. The role involves creating SystemVerilog-based verification environments and executing test plans for the verification of RTL and gatesim-based designs at both block and chip levels.
Experience Level
Senior - Minimum 6 years of work experience in Design Verification required.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Creating SystemVerilog-based verification environments including testbenches, checkers, and transactors.
- Executing test plans for RTL and gatesim-based designs.
- Creating ATE testing vectors and C-based diagnostic tests to run on silicon.
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience include:
- A Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years work experience in Design Verification.
- Strong programming skills, particularly in SystemVerilog and scripting languages.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in verification methods, tools, and environment.
- Preferably familiar with UVM methodology.
- Knowledge of networking and switching concepts is a plus.
Education Requirements
A Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is required.
