Job Title

Project Manager - Semiconductor

Role Summary

Coordinate and drive delivery of GPU semiconductor products for the Central Engineering GPU Group. Work with cross-site engineering teams to define, plan, schedule and execute multi-year hardware development projects to meet quality, specification and timeline commitments.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Role requires demonstrated experience managing and delivering semiconductor hardware projects and leading multi-site, multi-year development efforts.

Responsibilities

The project manager will plan, track and control project activity across locations, ensure on-spec delivery, and communicate status to stakeholders.

  • Define project scope, create detailed schedules and translate high-level requirements into executable plans.
  • Manage project execution to meet committed deadlines and quality targets.
  • Coordinate engineering activities across multiple sites and disciplines.
  • Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Prepare concise reporting and status updates for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead and motivate project teams locally and globally to achieve objectives.

Must-have:

  • Proven project management experience delivering semiconductor hardware projects from initiation through product delivery.
  • Ability to build plans from high-level requirements and maintain detailed schedules.
  • Experience tracking, monitoring and controlling project activity across multiple locations and disciplines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage internal dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise reporting to business stakeholders.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with hardware/software development flows, processes and practices.
  • Experience leading change management across large teams.
  • Experience with automotive product development, functional safety standards, and automotive quality requirements.
