Responsibilities

Core delivery and coordination responsibilities include:

• Define project scope, plans, schedules and milestones for GPU hardware products.
• Track, monitor and control project activity across multiple locations and engineering disciplines.
• Manage dependencies, risks and change across internal teams to meet delivery commitments.
• Provide concise status reporting and highlight issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead and motivate local and global contributors to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications and constraints:

• Proven project management and delivery experience for semiconductor hardware projects, ideally from initiation through product delivery.
• Ability to create detailed schedules from high-level requirements and to manage schedule and feature trade-offs over extended programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills across distributed teams.
• Experience providing clear, concise reporting to business stakeholders.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with hardware/software development flows, processes and practices.
• Experience in change management across large teams.
