- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Developing comprehensive project plans and monitoring timelines.
- Ensuring quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Resolving conflicts and fostering team collaboration.
- Updating management and stakeholders on project progress.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- Degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing customer expectations.
- Knowledge in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC development.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with quality management processes.
- Proficient in Linux environment.
Education Requirements
A degree in Engineering or Applied Science is required.
