Role Summary

Manage cross-functional engineering teams to plan, execute and deliver Silicon IP and ASIC projects for global customers. Act as the primary internal and external project contact, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets.

Experience Level

Senior — typically 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or related fields.

Responsibilities

Accountabilities for delivery and stakeholder communication across the project lifecycle.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects from planning through completion.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders; manage expectations and communications.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and align them with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.
• Track project performance, ensure quality assurance, and enforce budgetary controls.
• Report project status to customers and management; recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate collaboration between R&D, product, and customer teams to plan enhancements and resolve issues.
• Mentor and empower team members; resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Core skills and experience required for successful performance in the role.

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design, SOC, ASIC, Silicon IP, or related environments.
• Proven experience managing customer expectations and technical communications.
• Background in Mixed-Signal IP, SOC, ASIC, or semiconductor development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with quality management system processes and procedures.
• Comfortable using Linux-based tools and environments.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working on projects for AI, IoT, or autonomous-vehicle markets.
• Previous experience coordinating global delivery and multi-site teams.

Education Requirements

Degree in Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent practical experience) is expected. The posting explicitly allows equivalent experience in lieu of a formal degree.
