Role Summary
Work on an engineering team to identify, analyze, and resolve yield-limiting issues to enable release of high-quality products. Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality to drive yield improvements using data analysis, failure analysis, and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Investigate root causes of yield loss through product and process analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve process- and defect-related issues affecting performance and reliability.
- Perform physical failure analysis to determine failure mechanisms related to assembly and fabrication.
- Use statistical methods, data analytics, and AI-assisted tools to support yield-improvement projects and decision-making.
- Follow chemical safety protocols, laboratory procedures, and industry guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Education Requirements
