Dear students, do you want to witness and participate in the journey of a chip's birth? If you are interested in chip manufacturing, Texas Instruments offers a challenging and meaningful learning opportunity! As a Product/Test Engineering Intern at TI, you will:
  • Achieve profitability goals for product lines through new product testing development, cost reduction, capacity expansion, and yield improvement projects supporting company strategies.
  • Be responsible for all engineering development activities assigned by the project team.
  • Be the initial contact for operational aspects of product lines, including supply chain management, manufacturing, quality, customer service, sales and marketing, technical publications, and document control.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and R&D departments to address customer quality and application issues on product lines.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to solve problems, including coordinating work with test engineers in other regions/countries to achieve common goals.
  • Proactively establish relationships with wafer manufacturing and chip packaging plants for strong communication and efficient problem resolution.
Qualifications: We are looking for:
  • Graduating in 2027, bachelor's/master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Microelectronics or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, circuit design, and layout.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Visual Basic programming languages.
  • Familiarity with the use of voltage sources, current sources, digital multimeters, HP meters, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
  • Systematic data analysis skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
  • Passion and self-motivation.
  • Organized and action-oriented, able to manage assigned projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Innovative, creative, and flexible thinking abilities.
