Product & Test Engineer, Advanced Node Test Chips

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic engineer to join our IP test and validation team. This role will focus on design review, development of test plans, testing, silicon data analysis, and design debug.

Experience Level

Mid-level, 2+ years of relevant experience as a semiconductor product engineer, test engineer, or in process integration.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

• IP and test requirements review with design engineers.
• Develop test plans and testchip documentation.
• Test program development.
• Foundry engagement on early silicon Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Apply semiconductor domain knowledge and testing concepts to support analysis and decision-making.
• Utilize Python scripting to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks.
• Design and implement analytics solutions for root cause analysis using statistical and data-driven methodologies.

Requirements

Minimum and preferred qualifications include:

• Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering or a related field.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and root cause methodologies.
• Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Nice-to-Have: Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of digital, analog, mixed-signal, and VLSI, device physics.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field is required. A Master’s or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
