Requirements
The following qualifications are required:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or a related field; M.Sc. preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability testing and analysis.
- Knowledge in semiconductor physics, VLSI IC design, manufacturing, testing, and reliability engineering.
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes.
- Experience in IC and system-level testing and debugging.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science or a related field; M.Sc. is an advantage.
