Product Engineer (OPC Modeling & Simulation)

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing modeling solutions for patterning processes.
- Improving simulation capabilities.
- Providing in-depth technical support and training to customers.
- Defining and characterizing new capabilities.
- Supporting research partnerships.
- Collaborating with Product Marketing to communicate the value of new features.
Requirements
Candidates should satisfy the following requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Physics, Physical Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering.
- Familiarity with Unix and Linux OS.
- Desirable experience with scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, Python, or C.
- Good understanding of semiconductor processing and lithography.
- Detailed understanding of photoresist chemistry is a plus.
- Experience with OPC modeling and OPC software development is advantageous.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Education Requirements
MSEE/MS or Ph.D. in Physics, Physical Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering required.
