Role Summary
Support process node startup, qualification, yield improvement, and ramp for semiconductor products. Work with process integration, design, test, and quality teams to diagnose yield issues and prioritize fixes.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Enable new process node startup, qualification, yield, and ramp activities.
- Provide technical direction to development teams for process integration and yield priorities.
- Develop and track metrics to monitor new technology and product performance.
- Collaborate with design, technology development, DFT, and quality teams to resolve yield issues.
- Support design verification and validation using CAD tools and simulations.
- Perform electrical failure analysis, bench testing, and product characterization.
- Identify design marginalities and recommend circuit-level solutions.
- Use statistical tools for detailed data analysis and to drive yield improvement projects.
Requirements
Must-have skills and capabilities:
- Analog device and circuit layout expertise.
- Advanced digital logic and state machine design experience.
- Digital integrated circuit design, analysis, debugging, and validation skills.
- Experience creating post-silicon validation test plans for server processors.
- Ability to diagnose hardware and IP-related issues using tests and automation scripts.
- Experience documenting test procedures.
Education Requirements
Employer will accept a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
