Process Integration Engineer
Work on process integration for DRAM/Flash semiconductor manufacturing to improve yield, cost, quality, and device performance. The role performs root-cause investigations and failure analysis, drives DOE-based process improvements, monitors trends, and supports technology transfer and sustainment activities.
Position is based in Boise, ID and requires approximately 20% international travel.
Mid-level — typically requires around 3 years of relevant engineering experience (see Education Requirements for details).
Primary responsibilities include process troubleshooting, experimental design, and sustaining production performance.

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field. Alternatively, 36 months (3 years) of experience in the job offered or in an engineering-related occupation may be accepted as equivalent.
