Principal Verification Engineer

Role Summary

The role involves verifying RTL implementations in ARM SoC projects, ensuring compliance with architectural requirements.

Experience Level

Over 5 years of experience in IP/SOC verification is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the RTL team on microarchitecture details.
• Develop and enhance verification environments, including stimulus generators and checkers.
• Verify new features and ensure existing functionality remains intact.
• Implement verification strategies with other engineers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of verification methodology.
• Mentor early-career verification engineers.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SystemVerilog and Verilog.
• Deep knowledge of UVM Methodology and SoC verification using C Testcases.
• Experience writing verification and test plans.
• Testbench development experience with standard methodologies.
• Familiarity with ARM-based designs and System Architectures.
• Experience in Perl, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.

Education Requirements

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
