Role Summary

Join Arm's Silicon Solutions Test Team, assisting with emerging process technologies and the latest packaging innovations. This role involves collaborating closely with IP, SoC Design, Product, and Systems teams to enhance test engineering and drive test capability development within Arm.

Key responsibilities include addressing production challenges in areas like 2.5D/3DIC and sub-3nm nodes, focusing on test enablement, ATE SW/HW planning, silicon bring-up, characterization, and test data management.

Experience Level

Senior level with significant experience in SOC product development.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own test enablement for upcoming silicon projects.
  • Drive first silicon bring-up on ATE, reporting daily progress.
  • Develop and implement ATE characterization plans.
  • Source code development for various test methods (ATPG/Scan, MBIST, Functional, etc.).
  • Develop test flow and binning strategies.
  • Maintain test program revision control frameworks.
  • Guide ATE test hardware development in collaboration with vendors.

Requirements

Essential qualifications include:

  • Expert knowledge in ATE test program development.
  • Understanding of DFT, silicon fabrication processes, and product qualification.
  • Experience in end-to-end project execution from architecture to production release.
  • Proven track record in SOC product development.
  • University degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Nice-to-have skills include proficiency in Unix, C++, Python, and data analysis techniques.

Education Requirements

A University degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.
