Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer who specializes in AMBA VIP and System Design Verification. The ideal candidate will lead the deployment and integration of Verification IP at strategic customer accounts and offer expert guidance on verification methodologies for Arm-based SoCs.

Position Summary

As a Verification Expert, your role involves developing verification strategies, collaborating with various teams, and mentoring colleagues. Your goal is to solve complex verification challenges while ensuring customers achieve robust protocol compliance and performance optimization.

Experience Level

This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields, demonstrating a deep expertise in verification technologies and protocols, particularly in the context of Arm-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment of Verification IP at high-profile customer sites.
  • Implement comprehensive verification strategies focusing on interconnect and coherency protocol validation.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and technical evaluations to ensure best practices.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including test suites and debug guides.
  • Work with R&D to align product features with market demands.
  • Facilitate product training and manage customer support cases.
  • Contribute to the advancement of verification methodologies for next-gen SoCs.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge in UVM, SystemVerilog, and verification methodologies.
  • Significant experience with Verification IPs and Transactors in simulation/emulation environments.
  • Strong understanding of AMBA protocols (CHI, ACE, AXI, APB, AHB).
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as VCS and Verdi.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical concepts for a broad audience.
  • Hands-on programming knowledge in SystemVerilog, Verilog, C/C++, Python.

Education Requirements

A degree in a relevant technical field such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, complemented by extensive professional experience in semiconductor verification.
