Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team to develop mmWave phased array prototype designs.
• Modeling RF and mmWave components using software tools like AWR, CST, or HFSS.
• Designing passive circuit components and supporting the assembly of bill materials.
• Conducting tests and troubleshooting new prototypes for functionality and performance.
• Performing power integrity analysis and hands-on testing of antenna technologies.
• Over time, managing design responsibilities for subsystems and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following:

• Prior design experience with RF/mmWave phased array antennas.
• Proficiency in AWR, CST, and HFSS.
• Experience in testing RF and mmWave circuits.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting in languages like Python.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
