Responsibilities
The role combines people management with technical leadership in quality and reliability assurance.
- Manage and grow the product quality and engineering team: hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.

- Develop and execute comprehensive quality and reliability test plans covering performance, endurance, and system-level use cases.
- Define quality and reliability requirements for new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Lead root-cause analysis for failures and ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked.
- Oversee selection and evaluation of test methodologies, testers, and vendor tools for thorough NVMQRA testing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams, suppliers, and partners to resolve product issues and escalate when needed.
- Monitor industry trends and advances in NVM technology and testing techniques.
Requirements

Must-have:
- Proven experience managing engineering or quality teams, with at least 2+ years in the semiconductor or memory industry.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing quality and reliability assurance strategies for memory or system-level products.
- Software development experience for test systems (object-oriented languages), e.g., C++ and Python; ~2 years noted for test software development.
- Solid understanding of non-volatile memory and/or system-level technologies and associated quality/reliability challenges.
- Experience leading test plan development and overseeing performance, endurance, and reliability test execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with industry standards such as JEDEC or AEC-Q100.
- Experience selecting vendors and tools for tester and test infrastructure.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
