The Principal Power and Performance Architect is responsible for driving next generation power management solutions within NVIDIA's Silicon Solutions Team. Senior level, with 15+ years of experience in silicon and product power management.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Architecting next generation power management features through system architecture and productization.
- Evaluating industry direction and identifying opportunities within power management.
- Driving system-level power optimizations across different product systems.
- Leading power feature requirements from architecture to silicon phases of projects.
- Developing methodologies for power modeling and measurement.
- Collaborating with engineers and teams from various departments to deliver innovative products.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in silicon and product power management.
- Expertise in silicon power, transistor physics, and power modeling.
- Experience with product level power analysis and optimization, preferably in datacenter segments.
- Familiarity with silicon bringup and validation processes.
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with offshore teams.
Education Requirements
