Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and develop architectures and specify circuit blocks.
- Conduct detailed circuit design, simulations, and verification.
- Oversee ICs from concept through production release.
- Optimize design for power, performance, and area.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Supervise layout and conduct post-layout simulations.
- Prepare documentation and conduct design reviews.
- Perform lab evaluations, debugging, and provide test development guidance.
- Collaborate with teams to define requirements and specifications.
Requirements
The position requires the following qualifications:
- Must-have: MSEE or equivalent with 10+ years of experience.
- Expertise in Highly Linear Amplifiers, Bias blocks, DFX, and more.
- Proficient in Cadence design, simulation, and verification tools.
- Strong communication skills and experience in team work.
- Ability to provide technical leadership across engineering disciplines.
- Lab experience characterizing and debugging mixed-signal designs.
- Nice-to-have: Experience in behavioral modeling and high voltage design.
- Multi-die laminate expertise.
- Leadership experience in project management.
Education Requirements
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
