Lead and execute digital physical design for ASIC/SoC projects. Work within the physical design team in Penang to deliver floorplanning, placement & routing, timing closure, and signoff readiness across product tapeouts.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead physical implementation activities: floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis, routing, optimization, and ECOs.
- Drive timing closure and signoff readiness; coordinate STA, IR drop, and signal integrity analyses.
- Develop and maintain physical design flows, tool scripts, and automation (e.g., Tcl, Python).
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers; collaborate cross-functionally with design and CAD teams.
- Identify physical design risks, propose mitigations, and participate in tapeout procedures.
