Role Summary

The role of Principal Engineer focuses on leading functional verification for complex ASIC/SoC designs. The candidate will drive verification strategies, work closely with multiple teams, and ensure high-quality silicon delivery.

Senior level, requiring 10+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC design verification.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and own verification strategy and methodology at IP, subsystem, and SoC levels.
  • Understand Ethernet specifications and translate them into verification plans.
  • Architect scalable verification environments and drive coverage-driven verification.
  • Ensure first-pass silicon success through rigorous functional and protocol compliance verification.
  • Drive bug triage, root-cause analysis, and closure across various levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on early verification input.
  • Mentor verification engineers and enforce verification best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC design verification.
  • Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and SVA.
  • Understanding of Ethernet architecture and protocols.
