The Principal Engineer, Analog Design will work within the Custom Silicon Solutions Group at Analog Devices, focusing on the development of new product solutions for portable consumer applications. This role involves working directly with Tier 1 OEMs and offers opportunities for mentorship and leadership within the team.

Senior level, requiring over 10 years of experience in analog/mixed signal IC design.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Work within an analog/mixed-signal design team located in Valencia (Spain) and other sites.
- Develop specifications and architectures for high-performance mixed signal devices.
- Design IC blocks and perform transistor-level circuit design and simulation.
- Deliver technical presentations to internal teams and customers.
- Utilize effective design and verification techniques to meet functional, power, and timing specifications.
- Integrate blocks into larger mixed-signal systems.
- Support layout, lab evaluation, and testing for successful delivery of projects.
- Enhance analog design methodologies to improve time-to-market.
Requirements
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience as an analog/mixed-signal IC designer.
- Deep knowledge of analog and mixed-signal electronics, tools, and flows.
- Experience with amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, LDOs, and switching power supply circuits is preferred.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership from architecture to debugging new products.
- Experience integrating analog blocks into complex microcontroller systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Education Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering is required.
