Role Summary
Senior technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering Hardware-Assisted Verification (HAV) and Simulation Acceleration (SimXL) solutions for large-scale SoCs and multi-die systems. Works across R&D, product, and applications teams and leads high-impact customer engagements to deploy scalable verification acceleration strategies.

Senior — 10+ years of experience in SoC verification, emulation, or system-level validation.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include solution architecture, deployment, and customer technical leadership for verification acceleration.
- Architect and lead HAV and simulation-acceleration solutions for complex SoC and multi-die designs.
- Drive end-to-end SimXL deployments: define use cases, optimize performance, and standardize methodology.
- Define and own system-level verification and acceleration strategies across simulation, emulation, and prototyping.
- Bridge RTL simulation, emulation, and software bring-up to enable early, scalable system validation.
- Lead complex customer engagements and act as technical authority during escalations and adoption.
- Translate customer verification challenges into reusable, scalable solution architectures.
- Promote automation, reuse, and productivity frameworks, including AI/GenAI-assisted approaches.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Applications to influence product and roadmap decisions.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience required for successful performance in this role.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SoC verification, emulation, or system-level validation.
- Deep expertise in Hardware-Assisted Verification, simulation acceleration, and hybrid verification flows.
- Proven experience with emulation platforms and accelerated simulation environments.
- Strong understanding of SoC architectures, interconnects, memory subsystems, and software bring-up challenges.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable verification solutions, including system-level testbenches and transactors.
- Proven ability to lead customer engagements and act as a trusted technical authority.
- Familiarity with applying AI or GenAI techniques to verification, debug, or automation workflows.
Nice-to-have:
- Background in high-speed interfaces, memory subsystems, or multi-die architectures.
- Track record of creating reusable assets, methodologies, or automation frameworks.
- Experience influencing product direction or defining solution roadmaps.
