Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead design and optimization of DRAM circuits: memory array, control logic, datapath, and test logic.
  • Perform and analyze circuit simulations using SPICE and Verilog; incorporate layout parasitics into simulations.
  • Evaluate architectural trade-offs affecting power, performance, and die size.
  • Drive design for manufacturability and collaborate with layout/process teams on parasitic effects.
  • Define validation strategies, including test chip development and silicon bring-up.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

  • 2+ years of circuit design experience or 4+ years of product engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit fundamentals and debugging techniques.
  • Experience with circuit simulation tools and methodologies (e.g., SPICE, Verilog).
  • Knowledge of CMOS behavior, timing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience integrating layout parasitics into simulations and driving DFM considerations.

Preferred / nice-to-have:

  • Experience with memory architectures, especially DRAM array design and sense amplifiers.
  • Familiarity with DFT/DFM concepts and semiconductor test flows.
  • Experience with advanced process nodes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication of complex technical concepts across teams.
  • Interest or experience applying AI tools to engineering workflows.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is listed as a minimum qualification.
