Role Summary
The Principal Design Engineer will lead and drive the development of high-performance Switching SoCs, focusing on Control and Management subsystems. This role involves influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and delivering industry-leading solutions in semiconductor innovation.

Senior level with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and development of complex IPs within the CnM subsystem of Switching SoCs.
- Defining and driving micro-architecture decisions aligned with system-level requirements.
- Collaborating with Architecture, Software/Firmware, and Post-Silicon teams.
- Providing technical leadership throughout the design lifecycle.
- Mentoring junior engineers and promoting innovation.
- Resolving complex design challenges including CDC/RDC, integration, and verification.
- Supporting post-silicon debug and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in RTL frontend design.
- Expertise in IP development and digital logic design.
- Deep understanding of system-level design and SoC integration.
- Experience with CDC/RDC methodologies is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and solve complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
Education Requirements
Expected education includes a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
