Role Summary

Lead designer and verification engineer for complex ASIC digital blocks and systems. Works within the ASIC Digital Design team and collaborates with analog, physical design, and applications engineering to ensure correct integration and delivery.

Responsible for architecture, RTL design, verification planning and execution, performance and power optimization, and mentoring junior engineers.

Primary responsibilities for this role include leading design and verification activities and ensuring integration across teams.

• Lead design and verification of complex ASIC digital blocks and system-level features to meet specifications and performance goals.
• Collaborate with analog design, physical design, applications engineering, and other stakeholders for seamless integration.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and verification strategies.
• Use industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies to optimize design performance, area, and power.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, provide technical direction and code/design reviews.
• Investigate and resolve complex design and verification issues, proposing innovative solutions when needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and adopt relevant techniques and tools to improve team outcomes.
